New 3 year contract, voted and accepted!
NEW CONTRACT ACCEPTED
On Thursday, September 6, 2007 your 519 negotiating committee brought forth a new 3 year contract proposal at a special called meeting. The membership voted and accepted the new contract that will go in to effect on September 16, 2007.
The contract that was agreed upon was a $6.14 raise over 3 years. The breakdown is as follows :
1) 1 year----$ 1.64
2) 2 year----$ 2.20
3) 3 year----$ 2.30
